Mission Statement
Warby Parker believes that glasses are too expensive. By circumventing traditional channels, designing glasses in-house, and engaging with customers directly, Warby Parker provides higher-quality, better-looking prescription eyewear at a fraction of the going price. We believe that buying glasses should be easy and fun. It should leave you happy and good-looking, with money in your pocket.
Visual Design Strategy
Based on the key themes identified in Warby Parker’s Mission Statement these are the design goals that I have come up with:
Direct customer engagement
Show users the value upfront in terms of brand, money and available options or customizations.
High Quality
In terms of visual design this would mean a sharp and precise website some good visual images backed with a well-suited color theme and font scheme.
Good-Looking
Good visual aesthetics of the website with the use of some visually stunning images and appealing fonts and colors.
