This is a development of my children's book concept about a little girl and a "scary" monster. All the images were painted and designed digitally using Photoshop. Enjoy!

I took inspiration from my time in France. The story is about a girl named Colette-Louise Leclair who makes an unlikely friendship with the village "monster" (but actually, he's a pretty nice guy once you get to know him!) I was heavily inspired by animated films and simplified shapes.
