"Stripes Life" is a mural installation created for the Student Welcome Center at the campus of SCAD Hong Kong, an internationally-recognized art and design university.
This graphic stripe mural fills the entryway of the Student Welcome Center, where prospective students attend information sessions and have a chance to meet with recruiters to discuss their future studies. Directional stripes add movement, energy, and a youthful appeal to the entry space, which leads to offices, a meeting room, and restrooms. The mural is hand-painted and complements the interior styling of Amy Zurcher (Executive Producer of Creative Ideation and Design) and her team, as well as the paintings of SCAD alumni Bongang.
