URBAN JUNGLE COLLECTIVE SHOP

Urban Jungle Collective is a local plant shop based in Bristol. They had noticed a decline in sales via their website, so they wanted the UX reworked and the website redesigned.

The main goal for the business was to drive more sales and make it really easy and convenient for users to buy a plant/s with them. They also wanted to attract customers who may not necessarily know a lot about plants.

My thinking here was to give the user a really simple and great experience when visiting the Urban Jungle Collective website. When you visit the landing page, you are greeted with two drop down items, where you want the plant to go (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen etc) and how much you would like to spend. From this information you will be taken to the plant shop where the filtered results will be displayed. When the user is in the shop, they can further refine their results. This allows the user to quickly find what they are looking for and prevents any friction when visiting the website and trying to find a plant.
