Package design to protect girls from Period Shame.

Adolescents are psychologically more sensitive and vulnerable than adults. Menstrual shame is more severe in school Settings. Many girls have encountered problems such as not having the proper way to carry a sanitary napkin.The package design simulates the appearance and structure of English pocket books.Students can easily carry it to public places and the toilet. Also, it fits in well with other school supplies and is hard to spot by others.In order to reduce the gender recognition of sanitary napkins, neutral yellow and blue colors are adopted.
比起成年人，青春期的孩子的心理更加敏感和脆弱。在学校的环境里，月经羞耻也更严重。许多女孩遇到缺少合适的卫生巾储存、携带方式、卫生巾意外掉落或被他人发现等问题。设计将卫生巾包装模拟成口袋书的形式，目的是保护女孩们不被月经羞耻所伤害。视觉上使用了单词书封面会出现的单词元素、音标等元素。使它可以很好地融入其他学习用品中，不易被其他人发现。女孩们可以轻松地拿着它走在公共场合并带去厕所，它的尺寸也可以轻松的放在校服口袋里。为了降低对卫生巾的性别认知和识别度，在颜色上采取更加中性的黄色、蓝色。使用手册进一步帮助青春期女孩们建立对月经的正确认识，包含了在月经期间需要注意的事项，以及月经是一个正常女性的生理现象，不需要为此感到羞耻。
