This project was born in full confinement due to the COVID-19. Floors&Ceilings aims to adapt the house to an immediate emergency situation that can be repeated over time. Floors & Ceilings it's a proposal that questions conventional housing. For instance, whether the height of today's homes limits us to design in double height.

The project wants to show that height is not a limitation to interact with the different levels of it. Taking advantage of the high level of the room, a double height is created for allows the patient to move through the upper area, and the uninfected people, through the lower area.

Following this idea, it not only makes the most of the space, but also allows one to maintain emotional bonds between all members of the house.
