I'm an amateur tuba/sousaphone player and I was more than willing to work on a redesign for the tuba.reddit.com forum. I was inspired by Escher's 'Regular Divisions of the Plane and tried to bring some elements of that but also worked to ensure that the scattering of tubas seemed haphazard yet light and fun.
