'Zhang' is a tribute to my grandmother Zhang MeiHua, who has endured the Great Chinese Famine yet lives every day thoughtfully and selflessly. In Chinese, the character 'zhang' means to grow, to look, and to open up, much like what my grandmother has taught me.
