Project Name I WOBAG SCHOOL
Wobag School is a kindergarden project based in an arrow form, with many colors, different heights, with a propose of materials from Novaceramic. This place has been designed for be a extremely fun for all people not just for kids.
Guided by a principal axis to be kind of simetric. Appling Novaceramic Constructive materials and a guide line of imperatives imposed by LBC.
With a certain program that includes 10 classrooms with their own terraces, TIC room, Laboratory, Intendence room, Multipropouse room, Dinning room, Direction, Teachers room, Dressers, Lecture room, Widding pool, Civic Plaza, Bathrooms and Parking zone.

Location: Hidalgo, Los Heroes Tisayuca
Lot: 3,400m2
Constructive System: Confined columns with multiperforated bricks for ducts and instalations and aparents bricks from Novaceramic.
In this project we worked hand by hand with Grupo SADASSI and make for them a project proposal of a kindergarden.

Sistema constructivo: Columnas confinadas con ladrillos multiperforados para conductos e instalaciones y ladrillos aparentes de Novaceramic.
En este proyecto trabajamos mano a mano con Grupo SADASSI y les hicimos una propuesta de proyecto de un jardín de niños.

Aquí está la zonificación general de todo el edificio, cómo fueron diseñados los espacios y como se lograron hacer funcionales e integrados.
MASTER PLAN / PLANTA DE CONJUNTO CON CONTEXTO
This top view shows the strong concept of the project based in an arrow. In it sorroundings has a high school, house condos guided by a principal street in the middle. Also in this top view you can see the play of colors I used.

Esta vista superior muestra el concepto sólido del proyecto basado en una flecha. En sus alrededores hay una escuela secundaria, condominios de casas guiados por una calle principal en el medio. También en esta vista superior puedes ver el juego de colores que usé.
FLOOR PLAN / PLANTA ARQUITECTONICA
This floor plan shows the spaces with some furniture, what does the sections cut and my idea her was to create just one level. Something very important in this kindergarten was to not leave spaces where corridors and holes created. Give maximum security to the children and to always have them in sight, since at that age as a school the parents trust their children and it is a priority give them the maximum care. In he rigth side we have the 10 classrooms with their own terraces, with the playground and the bathrooms; In the middle we have all the facilities as the Tic room, laboratory, lecture room, etc. By last in the left side he have the civic plaza, the widding pool, the parking zone and the main entrance.

Este plano de planta muestra los espacios con algunos muebles, qué cortan las secciones y mi idea fue crear solo un nivel. Algo muy importante en este jardín de infantes fue no dejar espacios donde se crearan pasillos y agujeros. Dar la máxima seguridad a los niños y tenerlos siempre a la vista, ya que a esa edad como escuela los padres confían a sus hijos y es prioritario brindarles el máximo cuidado. En el lado derecho tenemos las 10 aulas con sus propias terrazas, con el parque infantil y los baños; En el medio tenemos todas las instalaciones como la sala de Tic, laboratorio, sala de conferencias, etc. Por último en el lado izquierdo tiene la plaza cívica, la piscina, la zona de estacionamiento y la entrada principal.
PRINCIPAL FACADE / FACHADA PRINCIPAL
What I wanted to achieve here was make a very visual facade that shows the concept that is inside. I create a laticce with novaceramic bricks to give privacy and security to the kinder, but also if someone pass walking, riding a bike they are going to be able to see more less how the building is working. Also I decided to put a iron fence to the parking zone to give security to users cars.

Lo que quise lograr aquí es hacer una fachada muy visual que muestre el concepto que está dentro. Cree un celosia con ladrillos de Novaceramic para dar privacidad y seguridad al niño, pero también si alguien pasa caminando, montando en bicicleta, podrán ver más o menos cómo funciona el edificio. También decidí colocar una cerca de hierro en la zona de estacionamiento para dar seguridad a los automóviles de los usuarios.
ARCHITECTURAL AND COLLAGE SECTIONS / CORTES ARQUITECTONICOS Y EN COLLAGE
This two sections shows the play of colors, also the different heigths that the building has, ans the type of trees that I proposed.

Estas dos secciones muestran el juego de colores, también las diferentes alturas que tiene el edificio y el tipo de árboles que propuse.
3D VIEWS / VISTAS 3D
This 3D views shows how the inside spaces are going to work. It is going to be a very fun place for kids to develop. Also here according to the school grade you are in, it is the height of your classroom, that will be a very important and significant feature of this project. As you grow and advance higher your classroom will be.

Estas vista 3D muestran cómo van a funcionar los espacios interiores. Será un lugar muy divertido para que los niños se desarrollen. También aquí, según el grado escolar en el que se encuentren, es la altura de su salón de clases, lo que será una característica muy importante y significativa de este proyecto. A medida que crezcan y avancen más alto será su salón de clases.
When I was making this project, I concentrate all the possible creativity and imagination to achieve a small city where children could feel identified.
