WIDE-ANGLE LENS:

Wide angle lens are very fun to work with in my opinion, they are lenses that allow a wider point of view in the camera, they make objects seem farther away from each other at the cost of the exaggeration in size in the focus point of the shot. This means that the object of focus might appear to be a bit wider or “chubbier”.

For example, the model in these pictures is my dog, Yanko. His head (the focus in the shot) appears to be larger than usual and has an oval shape. His head is also very far from his own body because of the wide-angle lens.

Functions in the camera were like this: the ISO level was around 300-500 as this picture was taken indoors, shutter speed was very high as dogs can move unexpectedly without notice (around 1/250-1/125) and the aperture was a bit closed, around f.8.
