In this project, I looked into brand buying for the womenswear bag department at Liberty London. As part of this project, I focussed my research into the brands Stella McCartney, Marc Jacobs, Givenchy, Acne Studios, Mansur Gavriel, Shrimps and Simone Rocha; comparing things such as their best and worst sellers, promotion and place on a psychographic profile. The outcome for this project was the concept to re-introduce Givenchy as they were currently under-performing in the department; my proposal was a collaboration between them and Liberty to offer exclusive print bags and small leather accessories with a nod to Art - Nouveau, a concept that links the two together.
