A Master Plan for the city of Villarrica is proposed that seeks to address the complexities and problems that the city faces today. This project carries out a summary of the Prospective Diagnosis, taking into account its immersion in the intercommunity system. Then the Formulation of the Comprehensive Intervention Plan is exposed, the development vision and objectives are defined, along with the guidelines and strategies that seek the scope of those. Finally, the Definition of Strategic Projects is carried out, in which an analysis of the intervention projects is carried out; It shows how the different projects are linked to each other spatially and functionally and at different scales (micro, intermediate and macro).
