The Littlest Acorn was commissioned by a psychologist to better illustrate a story he had been telling to his patients. 

I used watercolor as a means to help express the author's whimsical and emotional mood throughout the story.

The original concept sketches were arranged as a sequential storyboard, and used as a way to get client approval before committing to the watercolor illustration.

The finished book was published and used as intended!
