Just a couple fun facts about this piece:

the lamp in the back was made by my boyfriend and I out of two Captain Morgans bottles cut and glued together (with additional things to make it look pretty)

Most of the bottles I got from the recycling bin and others were photoshopped in so that it looked like more of a party

I redecorated the entire apartment for this really late at night and my roommate thought I was crazy

The little signs on the wall in the background are school posters I’ve collected since freshman year that say things like “When UMW students party, they remember what actually happened”, “Between the sheets, one is fun”, and “Most UMW students don’t drink *every night”

Getting that jump to look right took forever – I tried to just do a handstand on the couch and fell on my wrist

My mom refurnished and painted that table and wants credit for it. And she wrote “Believe in yourself” on it.  She’s da bomb

I incorporated tie dye into my theme because I love tie dying things and I spread it out throughout the picture. Also my socks say “fresh” on it cuz I thought it would be #Kewl

This might be my favorite project so far
