This is the extension of the belly dance poster project. I enjoyed creating the Arabic calligraphy inspired title for that poster and would like to develop the whole alphabet where people can use. Aside from the alphabet, I also created the numerals and common special characters.
This alphabet is intended to write a title or sub-header not a book so not all special characters are included. The pangram is my original creation. "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" is just too common to use as a pangram. It does not have Arabic related words too. Arabic related words like sheikh, couscous and jinn are to tie in all the elements under one theme. In-depth commentary of this project is on my Deviantart journal.
