Credibility

Credibility provides behavioural intelligence support to detect deception (lies) and assess an individual's credibility. Services are security focused, incorporating psychology, security and risk management frameworks. We identify scientifically proven behavioural indicators of malicious intent. Our services also identify and mitigate insider threats (spies) within organisations.

The goal was to position Credibility as a compact and highly efficient provider of security services with a new brand that highlights its unique dedication to the profession.

Farsee has worked to make a new brand that resonates with the target customers and builds reputation fast. The anticipated outcome is high client buy-in and securing of a strong position in the marketplace as a unique provider of security services for organizations and businesses.





Understanding the users.
Credibility is all about that - Credibility. Making sure everything is under control and safe is one of the top concerns for any executive of a business. Since the target customers are high ranking board executives of organizations and firms it was important to understand their motivations, values and other psychographic attributes when it comes to securing their operations. So we created two unique user profiles that helped us see deeper into the users, and paved the way for the rest of the brand strategy and identity.
Typography that matches.
Credibility is best characterized as a genuine and approachable brand, so it was important that we matched that with appropriate typefaces. A combination of Open Sans and Lato was used.
An easy way to find what's important.
Farsee observed what was most important to the visitors of the website. It was clear that they wanted to see what they are getting and if it's credible (no pun intended). So we focused on putting information that mattered most at the beginning of the user journey.
The outcome
Farsee achieved clarity and focus on the brands unique positioning in the market, and its customers allowing it to truly speak to them and get more buy-in. With the tailored voice, look and feel of the brand, Credibility can secure the attention and interest of numerous seekers of genuine and experienced security for their organization or business.
