The African Drongos are some of nature's most brilliantly deceptive creatures. They are a bit of an alarm system, in that they alert other birds and animals of when predators are approaching. They're extremely smart and can mimic different calls of other birds to alert them of their predators as well.
On the other hand though, the Drongo also uses this to falsely alert the other animals, portraying distress calls and noises. Only in attempts to get them to leave their nests or prey they've caught, and while they leave, the Drongo swoops in to steal their food and elements of their nest.
