The project is a study of art masters. A study on Ai weiwei sunflower art installation and its

painstaking process reflected in a self-portrait of mine. Parts of my face, eyes, mouth, nose, ears, painted on sunflower seeds. A huge part of his art installation was the process, so I made sure to focus on the process. How sunflower seeds absorb paint fats, how each sunflower has a different shape and how to best use that shape to represent the part I wanted to paint. All in all, the project was almost like a meditation state, a painstaking repetition that turns into that meditation state of shapes, medium and color.
