Chocolate Caramel Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
 
1 box of chocolate cake mix
113g melted butter
236ml evaporated milk
4 packs of Rolo chocolates
 
 
Method
 
1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 (350f degrees)
2. Pour the cake mix, evaporated milk and melted butter into a mixing bowl
3. Mix until smooth and thick
4. Pour half of the mixture into a greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes
5. Meanwhile, chop the Rolo chocolates into half
6. When the brownies are out the oven, cover evenly with the Rolos and pour on the other half of the brownie mixture
7. Cook for a further 25-30 minutes
8. The brownies should be crispy around the edges but still gooey and delicious in the center
9. Enjoy with your friends and family!
