CITi, the junior enterprise I was working on at the time had, as one of their goals, to increase the entrepreneurship for the region through volunteer work and, at the same time, to keep it a place of learning and mentoring for members. That said, in 2018, the company gathered and decided that we needed to share with those trying to start in the information and communication sectors, the knowledge acquired with our experiences. And it was based on this idea that we built Talk a Bit.
TAB for short, had three different paths: TALK was a sequence of short lectures, CREATE brought debates, and Innovate providaded workshops for the participants. All of them was conducted by some of the greatest local leaders on each subject.
I would like to thank the team for the experience. Without them, I wouldn't have had such a good time toward increasing employment and knowledge in my community!
