These are all done in pastels
These were done at my studio in Connecticut. I choose objects that have an organic or historic feel. I am particularly drawn to the interplay of organic verses metal, glass and wood surfaces. Copper is one of my favorite metals because of it's warm tone and subtle reflections. The pastel, "Orange and Copper" recently won a prize in a show in the coastal town of Rowayton, CT.
