To design a platform for user to upload and verify customer's documents efficiently.
The user needs to view multiple documents at a time and select the one he wants to work on.
The status of the document should be visible to the user throughout the process.

Key Points :
Research was done to explore the mental model of the user. The user wants to complete the task quickly as he has to upload multiple documents over a call.
Options that are mandatory and frequently used are designed accordingly.
The flow was designed without disturbing the existing functionalities.
User has to perform multiple actions simultaneously hence screen space management was the primary concern.
