Comfortably uncomfortable.

It's a beautiful feeling to be inside a blanket, watching TV or read a book as you sip a cup of coffee/tea while it rains.

It's beautiful to be on the rooftop or on the streets and feel the rain.

All of it is beautiful- but sometimes true comfort lies in discomfort.

While some enjoy the above during the rain, we do it slightly differently- We ride.

Rain is not exactly the perfect moment to ride because it's risky and you are probably gonna be all over the place- but that is where lies the comfort.

The worst part of riding in the rain is visibility. We have to trust ourselves more than anything, be attentive as we actually ride unaware what's on the turn. And if we don't have full concentration, things can go from bad to worse in no time.

This is similar to our dreams. We aren't sure of what lies ahead, but we still choose to go on, as it is what we always wanted.

The time when we are soaked in the rain, all the riding gear becomes twice as heavy. The helmet fogged up, we can't even risk to pull up the visor as the rain will splatter in the eyes. While it gets cold outside, we still sweat inside that helmet. The rain drops trying to slide inside the body through every small gap it can find and if your gear isn't the right one, be ready to lose your mind, because the raindrops don't differentiate between your body parts!

Eventually it gets more and more uncomfortable and our minds inch towards losing their grip- just like our tyres. It becomes hard to keep a grip on our thoughts with each move on those terrains. But we love every bit of it.

We have a storm within us, that bursts into a smile- smile that made us do it all, smile that we get after being uncomfortable from it all  and in the end, feeling comfortable in our hearts.
In the end its all done for that smile that lightens us up no matter what.
