Let The Journey Begin
April 16th, 2020
Here is a brief webpage view of my digital storytelling project that I created. I chose to retell my two-week summer 2019 adventure through the countries of The Netherlands, Germany, and Austria. Follow me through my journey by visiting the following Adobe Spark's page: https://spark.adobe.com/page/9ZH49lmMfIff2/
Let The Journey Begin: Storyboards One and Two
March 6th, 2020
These are two of the four storyboards I used as a primary structure to base my creative direction upon. Essentially, there are twelve major sections to my story, representing the twelve places I visited. When the premises of the project changed from a physical comic to a digital storytelling, I decided to incorporate much more text and images than initially planned out in my storyboards.

Here is an example of how one of the twelve sections of my digital storytelling projects looks. All of the locations I visited are presented on my webpage with similar structure of a title page and following visuals and descriptions.

I took and edited each image used in my digital storytelling project, which creates a very unique and personal aesthetic to my Adobe Spark's page. Within all twelve locations along my journey, I tried to include as many vibrant images as possible.

Throughout my digital storytelling project, I included short YouTube videos that provide additional information about several of the locations I visited. Some of which showcase beautiful aerial views throughout The Netherlands, Germany, and Austria, which pair nicely with the vibrant images I included.
Ocean Eyes: Before and After
July 30th, 2019
This was one of the first edits I ever did in Photoshop. During my first career internship, I was granted an Adobe Photoshop account, without having any previous experience in Adobe applications. One of the first skills I learned on my own was how to change colors within an image, so I became fond of using that skill with almost every photo I edited.
Red Roses: Before and After
July 31st, 2019
Here is another example of one of my first ever Photoshop edits. Branching off of the first Photoshop skill I learned, which was being able to change colors within images, I became interested in highlighting vibrant colors, such as red. I used to see lots of images on social media utilizing this color-changing skill that I had just learned, so it was extremely empowering to produce my own edits.
Travel Poster Advertisement
February 20th, 2020.
Incorporating a theme of travel into a poster advertisement was an ambiguous decision once learning all the different ratios and characteristics posters can have. I decided to incorporate somewhat of a two-thirds approach to this project, populating the right side of the poster with shaped images, and the previously negative space with all of the text information. Overall, the final poster advertisement conveys a prominent island aesthetic, which pairs along seamlessly with the text information on the poster.
