The form of the center is dictated by the triangular construction area, which was provided as part of town plan. The building is
located on a triangular piece of land at the town entry. It provides not only a place for public services but also contains shops, areas for meetings and comfortable leisure. To host the recreational areas, I have planned a winter garden with amphitheater in the atrium of the building that is inclined down towards the entrance. The garden is surrounded by retail shops and consumer service premises.
On the outside, the building is a squat two storey structure. The building composition is finished off with an assembly hall, that cuts
into the building and contrasts in design. The café is in the cantilever part of the building on the upper floor.
