Red Alert! The text and shapes were drawn in Illustrator, brought into Photoshop for 3D conversion, then imported into Dimension for texturing. The wall was added in Dimension as a flat plane and then textured. Two models of the Corona virus were also imported and textured in Dimension. Final adjustments made in Photoshop, where models of two maggots were added to accompany the fly model (imported into Dimension) - just for effect.
