Converse Campaign

Many schools are planning on removing art education from their curriculum due to budget cuts and political reasons. In an effort
to change this, converse will be partnering with various public schools in the United States to bring awareness to this issue and help spark change. Moreover, Converse is trying to promote art education in schools. Parents opt to support STEM careers, and guide their children to a more “academic” career. This campaign brings awareness to the dwindling support for art education. This campaign aims to introduce the parents to this problem through a positive experience with their child. Creating their own shoe design encourages creativity in the child, and helps to prove the importance of providing art to the parents. Through the sale of Limited-Edition shoes, Converse will directly donate to school dis- tricts in need of art supplies. The physical contents of the products will encourage online sharing, and bring a wider awareness to the Converse campaign.
