Kesko Senukai is a group of companies which runs the largest retail chain of do-it-yourself (abbr. DIY), house building, home repairing and improvement stores in the Baltics.

Introducing a new employee to your company's customer service standards can be a challenge. However, there is a great solution - a small, informative handbook that you can give for every new employee.
For creating this handbook we had to follow the original Kesko Senukai Brandbook style. This means bold colors, round geometric figures followed by massive headlines and text information. To make information easy to process for every person we needed to create a lot of icons. Thus we incorporated visualizations for every step that the employee has to make to successfully serve the client. Easy to read, understand, and keep up with good work!
