Character Animation Tutorial
For this task, we are required to do a character rigging and we need to choose one of the tutorial videos from Mt. Mograph and ECAbrams. The aim for this task to know how to make a character rigging and animate the rigged character using the the Adobe After Effect. I chose tutorial by ECAbrams and we need to change the element such as the colors, animation and character.
The way ECAbrams taught in his tutorial is by using simple multiple shapes like arms and sleeves in one group. Same goes to legs. Both parent to the torso so that every limb follow exactly where the torso is going. To make the other limb move consistent and symmetrically is by using repeater tool to the animated subject. This is like mirroring the object without having to recreate everything from scratch.
