DESCRIPTION
This project was to take an existing company within the home paint industry and redesign their packaging. This included redesigning the paint cans of varying sizes, as well as any tools that would be used with the paint products.
CONCEPT
The concept for this design revolved around the very interesting and unique aspect that Ralph Lauren's home paint promoted, which was that with their products and certain specific tools the consumer could create a variety of interesting textures on their walls. The design therefore highlighted very clearly the specific effect that each product would produce, both through photography as well as graphic texture. Lastly, the design aimed at reestablishing the high-end look of Ralph Lauren, communicating a sense of prestige amongst it's competitors within the industry.
