Donate Airline Miles to Make-A-Wish Foundation

As president of NBC Sports Regional Networks and NBC Sports Group Platform and Content Strategy, David Preschlack oversees nine regional networks in markets around the country. David Preschlack lives with his wife Alexandra and their children in Connecticut, where he is active within charitable organizations such as Make-A-Wish Connecticut.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation relies on the support of tens of thousands of volunteers and donors to help bring joy to the lives of children diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions. The organization offers an array of opportunities to give, including the donation of airline miles through its Wishes in Flight Program.

To grant the travel wishes of its recipients, the foundation would need 50,000 round-trip tickets, or 2.8 billion miles, annually. The Wishes in Flight Program allows frequent fliers to donate their miles to help cover travel wishes for children and their families. Donated miles do not expire and are used to support wishes throughout the United States. Currently, the program accepts miles accumulated through Southwest, United, American, Delta, and JetBlue.
