Silent Siren is a Brand targeted to help bring traffic to 3 forgotten malls, Orchard Towers, Far East plaza and Ming Arcade. 

It is a publicity campaign brand that is aimed to give a fresh outlook and change the impression of old malls being boring and obsolete, showing the public that these malls are still bringing something fresh to the table of entertainment, be it in their own way.
