MILLENNIAL CIRCUS FREAKS
A re-imagination of the fable and glory of the concept of circus freaks. I use inspiration from my peer group to reclaim these peculiarities and liberate them the way the millennial generation has done so to any sort of oddity or difference. From breaking stereotypes about disabilities, beauty standards and individuality to amplifying voices of equal representation, having grown up in the 2000s have been the coming-of-age journey anybody would have wanted. Through this reimagination, I have tried to embody the "freaks" in an empowered millennial narrative.
