Frames For Future - United Nations Goal 16
I was honored to be asked by CCCCCCC.tv to participate in Frames For Future, an international collaborative animation project highlighting the biggest global challenges humanity faces today through art and storytelling. Artists and studios from around the world came together to raise awareness about the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals in general and the UN Climate Action Summit 2019 in particular.

I chose to work on the United Nations Goal 16 “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions”, which It focus in all forms of violence we have to address to promote peaceful societies for sustainable development: homicide, violence against children, human trafficking, child exploitation, cyber abuse, violence against women and school-related violence.

About the Process
I tried to create a pointant and simple design on each concept working with paper-cut shapes and silhouettes with a reduced color palette, searching a ‘tangible’ feeling. About type, I created a handmade font for this project and I also used the beautiful “Formula” font by Pangram Pangram Foundry for the posters design and so maintain the similar structure with Frames For Future site, as also the use of the same creased paper textures.

More info about the project: framesforfuture.tv, and big thanks to Seba Oliwa for doing an amazing job with the audio.
