Role — Illustration (Pitch)

Local Natives
I was approached by the City of Boroondara to pitch on a project to overhaul the interior of their council building. The brief called for artwork that reflected the local flora and gardens of the shire. I researched, sketched and undertook watercolour explorations and illustrations of two iconic species endemic to the area: Banksia serrata (saw-tooth banksia) and Callistemon (Bottlebrush). While my designs were not ultimately chosen, I was nonetheless pleased with my efforts on this project and enjoyed utilising my painting skills.
