Digital Slumber is a collection inspired by the idea that one enters a dream-like trance when playing a video game. In this zone we are disconnected from the real world, ultimately in no real danger. Similarly in a state of derealization, one feels disconnected from their surroundings, as if the external world around them is just a simulation.
