This project is proposed in Gyumri on Achemyan, Schors and Cheraz street next to the new TUMO centre , the reason where the place is chosen, is because it is very old building from 19th century , 1913 and it is in the list of restoration and renovating monuments.

And because of the earthquake that happened in 1988 the building now is in a very bad situation.
So in this project I proposed ,to renovate the whole walls from A to Z like the ceiling the floors without any change , I aimed to keep everything as possible to give the same view as it was in 1913.
The only thing it was changed is I refunction the building, it has theatrical school , with big auditorium room ,museum, library and restaurant .with addition of new proposed pedestrian
