In an existing urban fabric that has so much personality and character, NEUTRAL seeks to allow the inhabitants of the structure take the spotlight. The form of the structure is unheroic in nature and takes on the existing urban fabric while contrasting it.
The form of the project takes on the function that inhabits it.
