The theme topic of this NOTCOT magazine is illustration. My style of illustration is a thin black outline along with color fill without complicating gradients or highlights/shadows. For any figure illustrations, I tend not to add any of the facial features to show the aesthetic and mysterious vibe of the illustrations. The inspiration of the cover page of this design magazine is from perspective 3D shapes and clipart drawing to represent myself into a heart. The concept of the magazine is inspired by Memphis pattern added with retro elements and vivid, pastel color schemes.
