As early adopters of social media at JobCircle, we understood that companies were stuggling to use it in their businesses. So I, along with my CEO and a colleague, developed the first B2B social media conference in the Philadelphia area. We secured 40 leading social media experts from around the country to present at this conference, which was divided into four tracks-HR, Sales/Mktg, IT and C-Suite/Business Owners. We conceptualized and executed this event in 5 months and attracted over 800 attendees using primarily social media and online marketing efforts.
