This is a collection of various observational studies, in a combination of mediums. They were created as part of my A-Level Fine Art coursework project on insects.
Creating them allowed me to experiment with a range of mediums, and develop my knowledge of form and colour - not only of insects, but I have found that it has helped me with my artwork in general. I created these studies from the beginning of my project through until the end, giving me over a year of developmental work, allowing me to improve my artistic skill.
