Problem

This was my first project i have ever done using Adobe Photoshop. I had an idea to make a skateboarding magazine cover that anyone can pick up so i decided to look for a skateboarder in action and an interesting background for the magazine cover. I have noticed in other skateboarding magazines that it involves skateboarders in mid air doing a trick so i looked for a picture of a skateboarder in mid air.

Solution

There was a perfect picture that i found of a skateboarder doing a skateboarder in mid air doing a trick. I added him to the background picture and i had to look for a way to add the skateboarder and decided to use the distort tool to make the skateboarder look like a part of the picture.

Result

I feel like i executed my first Photoshop project pretty well. When i was introduced to Photoshop, it took me some time to figure out its different tools and features because i cam from learning Illustrator but the more time i spent on the project, the more i learned and adapted to the program.
