This is a design I'm working on for a queen size bed frame with 2 lounge chairs paired with ottomans. The ottomons nest into the chairs which nest into the bed frame completely out of sight.  The entire design is intended to be constructed of laminated sheets of plywood that are CNC machined with interlocking grooves and dovetails that allow for an efficient assembly using little more than wood glue and a few pins. The ottomans are proportioned so that they can be turned on end to serve as night stands if so desired. As a whole, the design riffs on the angles and proportions of my favorite Eames lounge chairs in hopes of offerring the same ergonomic comfort and aesthetic versatility, delivered in a flat pack to small living environments where clutter is not an option.
