UX Process in Agile Development
INTRODUCTION
This is a wealth management company. They have their own platform they have already build one vast application for Financial Adviser. So this one is end user Application. Also first time they’re going to launch this for end user.

PROTOTYPE
In prototype phase we mainly focused on creating rough idea for wireframes, detailed style guide and we created fully functional features with help of angular and java. Our prototype is not conceptual it is fully functional.
Creating functional prototype is gives a polished view so that development team and business has got the clear idea that how it is going to developed.
Creating detailed style guide helps UI developers because in our project I have tried to mention each and every portlets, data table, panel’s specification, chart and graphs and I upgrade the version as per the new releces.

As a UX designer I think these are the crucial points to be followed while creating the first prototype.

TESTING
Usability testing season was initiated by the organization. we were not part of that research, Though we had the prototype ready so in pre foundation phases we enhanced the prototype based on the usability testing reports.
FOUNDATION AND DEVELOPMENT
During foundation (Aprox 4 to 6 weeks) Business and our company and end clients discussed about the requirement. They added some more new features based on the prototype so the offshore and onsite team prepares the featured level documents along with wireframes walkthrough.
I attended  daliy season to understand their scope. If I have any doubt then I talk to their UX executive our Business Analyst so I can prepare the final draft for requirement sign off. In this phase our business analyst creates the total backlog for next release.

For sprint development We basically split the features into some short stories. According to each user story I prepare wireframes walk through. Here I have taken Left hand navigation as a example and I have break down this into three parts.
Before our sprint start we do refinement
We have grooming season with development team. If developers has any UX related or technical doubts. From Ux point of view I try to clear their quires. In between if client raise any change request we communicate with them.

First day of the planning We have design sharing season.  Here we discuss the approach. If there are any pending  point which was not discussed before or any UX gap.

During development I usually communicate with UI team. With the help of style guide  and visual wireframes they easily develop the story.
During the last week of the Sprint I do Ui testing with multiple browser in standard resolution. Also test in multiple devices.

Then we conduct the show and tell season with business.
