CINIT Meteoro Innovation Center is a retrofit design for Brazil's former diplomatic school Instituto Rio Branco building at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The project is funded by a consortium of clean energy companies with the support of Brazil's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It would work as an innovation hub for new technology related business and start-ups but also be ground to exhibit and show case new projects to the general public. Research would be also carried out in the fields of clean energy, cyber security and international business.

Plano developed the feasibility studies including construction cost estimates.
