Lester Beall designs with strikingly patriotic color schemes, of red, white, blue, and gold, and arrows, of all things; an interesting and slightly academic way to show direction and focal points.  His Lettering is blocky and formal with the serif typography. I chose to utilize his cutout form of background and fonts that lend to the formal way he uses type, arrows to help the audience know where to look, and the primary red, white and blue that is most certainly, Lester Beall style.
