Belltown 36 is a 29-story mixed-use tower creating 415,000 square feet in the heart of downtown Seattle. There are 212 residential units, 18,200 square feet of office space and 9,000 square feet of retail over four subterranean levels of 243 parking spaces. This unique project features a 300-foot tall art wall extending up the side of the building; and the project sits on top of the SR-99 tunnel.
