The Idol Collection was designed in the Fashion Design Course 2012 at The New School. My inspiration for this assignment was my mother, Clara Moré, a well known architect in Dominican Republic.

 

For a great part of my designs I used a drawing she made while experiencing the 2012 Dominican Elections. She is a very outgoing person, believes that her work should express feelings and that texture is very important.
