A friend of mine made this slick little iOS app to track initiative when playing the pen and paper RPG Shadowrun (3e only so far, plans are in the works for 4th and 5th edition). Initiative can get complicated to keep track of, and this little gem puts all of the variables in your hand and does all the math for you, because as a GM you are too damn busy keeping track of 400 other things already. All the coding and planning was done by Terence Burnard. All the graphics were done by yours truly. The screenshots look a little blocky, but that is because we tried to make sure the image was consistent across all the current iOS devices. On a Retina screen this looks pretty nice.
