Promissory note
This frame is a typical example of the design of one of the varieties of securities, a promissory note. This is the main frame for the text of the bill and additional for Aval (guarantee of payment of the bill). This frame is designed using only guilloche elements without additional inserts of engravings and other graphic images.
This way of design, however, is quite typical, since a promissory note is referred to as level “B” securities, i.e. to not the highest and, therefore, not the most protected from counterfeits and falsifications.
Nevertheless, this particular frame has a lot of different guilloche themes and could qualify for level “A” for this parameter, but for a promissory note it is too much, although, of course, this is not forbidden and in some cases is even welcomed (mainly by customers of blank bills) .

Простой вексель
Эта рамка – типичный пример оформления одной из разновидностей ценных бумаг, простого векселя. Это основная рамка для текста векселя и дополнительная для аваля (гарантии уплаты по векселю). Эта рамка оформлена с использованием только гильоширных элементов без дополнительных вставок гравюр и других графических изображений.
Такой способ оформления, впрочем, довольно типичен, поскольку простой вексель относят к ценным бумагам уровня «Б», т.е. к не самому высокому и, следовательно, не самому защищённому от подделок и фальсификаций.
Тем не менее именно эта рамка имеет много разных гильоширных сюжетов и по этому параметру могла бы претендовать на уровень «А», но для простого векселя это перебор, хотя, разумеется, это не запрещено, и в некоторых случаях даже приветствуется (в основном заказчиками бланков векселя).
